I learned to question myself about my preconceived ideas regarding dance and teaching. I learned to listen to myself, to turn up the volume on what is important to ME. I learned to suspend judgment. I also learned to ACCEPT the limitations of physical time and space! I have a habit of wanting to do everything RIGHT NOW which is impossible... so I tend to feel inadequate. You helped me with that.
